A quantization correspondence is a mapping of the symmetric algebra S(\({\mathfrak g})\) into the enveloping algebra U(\({\mathfrak g})\) of a Lie algebra \({\mathfrak g}\) which is linear and filtration preserving, the grading of which is the Poincaré-Birkhoff-Witt mapping, and which coincides with the identity on \({\mathfrak g}\). A correspondence defines an associative product on S(\({\mathfrak g})\), which is a deformation of the ordinary product. The author examines correspondences, which are compatible with the diagonal map, called \(\Delta_ 0\)-deformations. A characterization of such deformations is given in the context of formal groups (Theorem 1.). There are several examples but almost no, or only sketchy proofs.
