The author shows the following theorem: Let B be a Blaschke product with zeros \(\{z_{jk}\}\) enumerated so that for all k, \[ 1-2^{-j}\leq | z_{jk}| <1-2^{-(j+1)},\quad j=0,1,2,.... \] If \(1/(\alpha +1)<p<1/\alpha\) and \(\sum_{j}(\sum_{k}(1-| z_{jk}|)^{1- \alpha p})^{q/p}<\infty\), then B belongs to the Besov space \(B^{\alpha}_{pq}\). If B is an interpolation Blaschke product then the condition above is necessary. It is known that if \(p\geq 1/\alpha\), \(B\in B^{\alpha}_{pq}\) if and only if B is a finite Blaschke product, and if \(p\leq 1/(\alpha +1)\), then the condition above need not imply that \(B\in B^{\alpha}_{pq}\).
