Let \(E_ a(z)\), \(0<a\leq 1\), be the classical Mittag-Leffler function. Let us introduce the function \(F_ a(x)=1-E_ a(-x^ a)\) for \(x>0\) and \(F_ a(x)=0\) for \(x\leq 0\). The author proves that \(F_ a(x)\) is an infinitely divisible distribution function. Some other properties of \(F_ a(x)\), in particular the so-called ``geometric infinitely divisibility'', are discussed.
