The authors first establish a canonical connection between double MS- algebras and double MS-spaces X which are characterized as those Priestley spaces X which allow an equivalence relation \(\theta\) such that X/\(\theta\) has a continuous polarity, \(\theta\) is lower open, upper open, strongly lower regular, strongly upper regular and has lower and upper bounded classes.
