A general theorem about continuous dependence of solutions to boundary value problems that do not restrict application to special boundary value problems and require the hypothesis of unrestricted uniqueness, has been deduced. The proof is based on the application of the continuity of the Brouwer topological degree. Several known results in the linear cases have been generalized to nonlinear functional boundary value problems.
