    [For part I, see ibid. 113, 562-577 (1986; Zbl 0595.34054).] The authors consider the nonlinear system \(x'=f(t,x)\). Using Lyapunov functions, necessary and sufficient conditions are obtained for uniform Lipschitz stability of the zero solution of the above system. Also sufficient conditions for the uniform Lipschitz stability of the zero solution of a related perturbed equation are obtained. Examples are presented to highlight the usefulness of the results.
