    [for part I see the preceding review.] The work is a continuation of Part I. Here the author studies the family of statistical solutions \(P^{\epsilon}_ t\) in the 3-dimensional domain and obtains only weak convergence in the limit (\(\epsilon \to 0)\). The weak limit is proved to be a measure valued solution of the Euler equations.
