The new class of Hadamard matrices is constructed. Particularly, based on known Baumert-Hall arrays and the concept of \(C_ 2\)-matrices, introduced by the author, it is proved, that if an Hadamard matrix of order q-1 exists (q is the power of a prime number) then an Hadamard matrix of order 4q exists. 86 new orders 4n, for odd integers \(n\leq 2000\), of Hadamard matrices are obtained.
