It is known that even vanishingly small perturbations in control coefficients may destabilize the closed-loop system. Such behavior may caused by stochastic disturbances, when the observer gain is randomly perturbed, may be due to computation errors. The focus of the paper is the non-fragile or resilient controller design for discrete-time systems basing on a linear matrix inequality approach, using the Schur's result.
