Let \(G\) be a special unitary group of degree 3, a Suzuki group or a Ree group, over a finite field of characteristic \(p\). Moreover, let \(B_0\) denote the principal \(p\)-block of \(G\), and let \(b_0\) denote the principal \(p\)-block of \(N_G(U)\) where \(U\) is a Sylow \(p\)-subgroup of \(G\). Furthermore, let \(\mathcal C\) denote the set of elements in \(G\) whose order is not divisible by \(p^2\). The author shows that there exists a generalized perfect isometry between \(B_0\) and \(b_0\), in the sense of \textit{B. Külshammer, J. B. Olsson} and \textit{G. R. Robinson} [Invent. Math. 151, No. 3, 513-552 (2003; Zbl 1043.20007)].
