The paper addresses the problem of dynamic phase transitions in a model of the Ising type, with interactions of \(p\) spins (\(p\geq 3\)) on random graphs (the model is also known as the Bethe lattice). It is found that, with the decrease of temperature or increase of the degree of constrainedness in the system, it undergoes a dynamic transition from an ergodic thermal state to one with broken ergodicity. In the latter (glassy) state, unlike the thermal one, the system's dynamics is dominated by activation processes. It is demonstrated that multi-point susceptibilities remain finite at the transition point, while the correlation length diverges as \((T-T_{\text{ cr}}) ^{-1/2}\). In the glassy state, correlations and response functions depending on an arbitrary number of scales are essential, while correlations in the thermal phase obey the usual mode-coupling theory. The analysis developed in the paper is based on a detailed study (by means of numerical methods) of large-scale configurations that control the dynamics close to the transition point. Special care is taken of the analysis of a tricritical point existing at \(T=0\). It is argued that the results reported in the paper may apply to the statistical mechanics of a broad class of random lattice systems.
