The authors extend the concepts of measure of precompactness and condensing multimap on locally convex topological vector spaces to locally \(G\)-convex uniform spaces. They show that every condensing closed self-multimap that has \(\Gamma\)-convex values on a nonempty complete \(\Gamma\)-convex subset of a locally \(G\)-convex space has a fixed point. Some fixed point results for condensing multimaps which have lower semicontinuous cores and applications to abstract economies are also presented.
