An algorithm for computing the weighted Moore-Penrose inverse of one-variable rational matrices is given. In the next section, the main theorem is presented and the proposed algorithm is adapted to the set of polynomial matrices. This section is followed by a section in which a variety of symbolic examples are given. In the last two sections, several test examples and implementation details using MATHEMATICA code are given.
