The author continues the study of potential theory on metric measure spaces started in 2001. From this datum she published, alone or in collaboration, some papers in the domain. The present note is concerned with fine continuity of superharmonic and Sobolev functions in the above-mentioned metric spaces. The passing from the Euclidean spaces to metric ones implies the introduction of many new notions and definitions, presented by the author in the introduction of the paper. In the second part, ``Notations and Preliminaries'', she presents the more important results obtained by the authors who studied the problem. In the third part, ``Estimates and Solutions of the Obstacle Problem'', the obstacle problem in metric spaces is defined, which is the domain studied by the author; she denotes by \(K_{\psi,f}(\Omega)\) the obstacle problem. This is the proper content of the present note, where she proves some lemmas and corollaries with respect to the solution of the \(K_{\psi,f}(\Omega)\) problem, indicating the connections of the methods used in the present note with those used in other papers devoted to the same problem. The last part, ``Thinnes and Fine Continuity'', focuses the author's attention on the fine topology and fine continuity of the functions defined on metric spaces, where it is defined the thinnes of a set. Here, there are proved two theorems and a corollary with respect to superharmonic and quasicontinuous functions, as solutions of the \(K_{\psi,f}(\Omega)\) obstacle problem.
