The weak Clarke epiderivative of a set-valued mapping is defined and necessary as well as sufficient conditions for its existence are derived. Some interesting examples motivate and illustrate this general notion of a derivative. Then, necessary and sufficient optimality conditions for set-valued optimization with generalized equations as constraints are formulated and validated.
