The paper deals with the following interval network model with discrete time delays \[ \dot u_i=-d_i u_i(t)+\sum_{j=1}^n a_{ij} g_j(u_j(t))+ \sum_{j=1}^n b_{ij} g_j(u_j(t-\tau_j))+I_i,\quad i=1,\dots,n, \] (here \(I_i\) is a constant external input). The coefficients \(d_i\), \(a_{ij}\) and \(b_{ij}\) vary in some intervals. A criterion for global robust stability is established and illustrated with numerical examples.
