The paper under review is concerned with the second-order differential equation \[ f'' + e^{-z}f' + Q(z)f = F(z), \] where \(F(z)\) and \(Q(z)\) are entire functions with \(\rho (F)<1\) and \(Q(z) = h(z)e^{cz}\), \(\rho(h) < 1/2\), \(c\in\mathbb R\). The authors obtains several results on growth properties, zeros and fixed points distributions of the solutions of the equations bu using Nevanlinna's theory and Wiman-Valiron theory.
