In this paper, the authors consider a system of \(N\) spinless bosons in \(\mathbb{R}^3\) trapped in an external anharmonic potential and interacting with a non-negative pair potential in a reference frame that rotates with angular velocity \(\pmb\Omega\). It is shown that the leading order asymptotics of the energy and the density of the ground state of the system can be computed by variational principle for the energy and density functionals of the corresponding ``Thomas Fermi'' system in the limit \(Na \to \infty \) and/or \(| {\pmb\Omega}| \to \infty\), where \(a\) is the scattering length of the pair potential. The main technical tools are the bound in terms of the Gross-Pitaevskii functional as well as the diamagnetic inequality based on the methods in \textit{M Correggi, T. Rindler-Daller} and \textit{J. Yngvason} [J. Math. Phys. 48, No. 4, 042104, 30 p. (2007; Zbl 1112.82004)] and [\textit{E. H. Lieb, R. Seiringer, J. P. Solovej} and \textit{J.
