An explicit construction of loops of nilpotency class 3 with Abelian group of inner mappings is given. The construction is a modification of groups of nilpotency class 2. The loops mentioned above can be also constructed from symmetric trilinear alternating forms which are an infinitesimal variant of the modification. In particular, the well-known Csörgo example is described in terms of the construction.
