The paper is devoted to the study of entire functions \(F(z)\) of exponential type for which the following estimate holds: \[ |F(z)| \asymp e^{\pi |\operatorname{Im} z|},\qquad |\operatorname{Im} z|\geq h= h(F)> 0 \] (the so-called sine-type functions). The main result states: Let \(l(t)\) be a concave differentiable function such that \(l(t) = O(t^{\alpha})\), \(0<\alpha<1\). Then the sequence \[ \lambda_n= n+l(|n|),\quad n\in\mathbb Z, \] forms a set of zeros of certain sine-type function iff the following condition is satisfied \[ t\, l'(t) = O(1),\quad t\rightarrow +\infty. \]
