The entries of positive integer powers \(q\) of an \(n \times n\) real persymmetric anti-tridiagonal matrix \(B_n = \text{antitridiag}_n(a_1,a_0,a_1)\) with constant anti-diagonals are studied. An eigenvalue decomposition of the constant anti-diagonal matrix \(B_n\) is presented. A general expression for the entries \([B_n^q]_{j,k}\) for all \(q,n \in {\mathbb N}\) in terms of the Chebyshev polynomials of the second kind is derived. This new expression is an extension of results of \textit{J. Rimas} [Appl. Math. Comput. 203, 573--581 (2008; Zbl 1154.65026)] for the powers of entries of the matrix \(\text{antitridiag}_n(1,0,1)\) with \(n \in {\mathbb N}\).
