    Using a new definition of Arnold diffusion which is adapted to numerical investigations, the authors study this diffusion along a normally hyperbolic manifold in a model of a priori unstable dynamical systems. A main result is that the numerically computed stable and unstable manifolds indeed support this kind of Arnold diffusion.
