The main issue of the paper under review is to extend and adjust the governing results from \textit{O. Blasco, J. M. Calabuig} and \textit{T. Signes} [J. Math. Anal. Appl. 348, No. 1, 150--164 (2008; Zbl 1161.46005)] to the setting of locally convex spaces. This leads to Orlicz-Pettis Theorems for multiplier convergent series and bilinear operators between locally convex spaces. A fundamental tool is the Antosik-Mikusinski Matrix Theorem.
