The author discusses the problem of a holomorphic linearization or of a holormorphic normalization of a germ of biholomorphism \(f\) of \({\mathbb C}^n\), fixing the origin, which commutes with a torus action. The author finds out in a rather complete manner what kind of structure a torus action must have in order to obtain a Poincaré-Dulac holomorphic normalization. In particular, the author links the spectrum of \(d f_o\) to the weight matrix of the action.
