The author derives raw Bloch equations for quantum boxes i.e., two species of electrons. These equations have the Liouville form which allows to prove positiveness results. Further she discusses the problem of level degeneracy and derived a condensed degenerate Bloch model in which diagonal entries remains bounded by the corresponding level degeneracy through time evolution, even when the degeneracy order is level dependent.
