The paper discusses the robustness of forward-looking Nash equilibrium in application to online sponsored search auction. The study first investigates its convergence property under simultaneous, round-robin and randomized adjustment schemes for bidders behavior. It then follows the analysis against three types of vindictive strategies. The work is interesting from the theoretical perspective and also practically useful in today's increasing and challenging industry of online advertising.
