    Let \(G\) be a simple Lie supergroup, \(P\) a parabolic subgroup and \(\lambda \) a character of \(P\). Then, Vera Serganova has obtained a formula for the Euler supercharacter \(E_\lambda := \sum_j(-1)^j H^j(G/P, \mathcal O_\lambda).\) In this note for \(\mathfrak{osp}(2m+\varepsilon, 2n) , \varepsilon \in \{ 0,1 \},\) \(\mathfrak p \) the parabolic subalgebra with Levi factor \(\mathfrak{gl}(n,m)\) the authors show: The limit of the super Jacobi polynomials \( SJ_\lambda(u, v, -1,p, q)\) as \((p, q)\) tends to \((-1, 0)\) is well defined and coincides up to a constant factor with the Euler supercharacter \(E_\lambda.\) That is, \(SJ_\lambda (u, v; -1,-1, 0) = 2^{i(\lambda)- m} E_\lambda (u, v).\) Here, \(u=(u_1,\dots,u_m), v=(v_1,\dots,v_n)\) are the variables \( u_i= e^{\epsilon_i}+ e^{-\epsilon_i} , v_i =e^{\delta_i}+ e^{-\delta_i}\) and \( \delta_1 -\delta_2, \dots, \delta_{n-1} -\delta_n, \delta_1 -\varepsilon_1,\varepsilon_1 -\varepsilon_2, \dots, \varepsilon_{m-1}-\varepsilon_m, \varepsilon_m \) are distinguished simple roots when \(\varepsilon=1.\) For each \(\lambda\) the authors define a set of pairs of nonnegative integers \(\pi_\lambda.\) Let \(\Pi_\lambda (u,v)=\prod_{(i,j) \in \pi_\lambda} (u_i -v_j), \Delta(u)=\prod_{i<j \leq m } (u_i -u_j), \Delta(v)=\prod_{i<j \leq n } (v_i -v_j).\) Write \(z=w +w^{-1}, \) \(\phi_a(z)=\frac{w^{a+1/2} -w^{ -a-1/2}}{w^{1/2} -w^{-1/2}}\), \(\psi_a(z)=\frac{w^{a+1/2} +w^{ -a-1/2}}{w^{1/2} +w^{-1/2}}\). Then, the authors show \[ E_\lambda (u,v)=\pm 2^{x} \sum_{w \in S_m \times S_n} w [ \Pi_\lambda (u,v) \frac{\phi_{\ell_1}(u_1)\dots\phi_{\ell_m}(u_m) \psi_{k_1}(v_1)\dots\psi_{k_n}(v_n)}{\Delta (u) \Delta (v) }] \] Next the authors show a formula for specialized super Jacobi polynomials of Jacobi-Trudy type. With respect to proofs, a new version of Weyl type formula for super Schur functions and specialized super Jacobi polynomials are introduced. The authors raise several questions about the nature of the equalities they show and make the following comment ''Our work shows that the super Jacobi polynomials can be considered as a natural deformation of the Euler supercharacters and gives one more evidence of a close relationship between quantum integrable systems and representation theory''
