In this paper, the authors construct a ``noncommtutative neighborhood'' of a semiclassical parameter corresponding to the Planck constant. Their construction involves a filtered and graded algebra generated by infinitely many generators indexed by planar binary leaf-labeled trees. And the associated graded algebra is interpreted as a kind of ``distortion'' of the algebra of classical observables of a physical system. Furthermore, for any matrix \(q\) of formal variables, the authors prove that there exists a \(q\)-analogue of the Weyl quantization, which induces a nontrivial noncommutative analogue of a Poisson bracket on the classical shadow.
