The author studies the effect of numerical integration on a Galerkin meshless method (MM) for solving elliptic partial differential equations with Neumann boundary conditions. The shape functions used in the meshless method reproduce linear polynomials. The author proposes a numerical integration schemes for the MM, presents conditions that the quadrature must satisfy and proves the unique solvability of the variational problem with numerical integration. The convergence properties are analyzed. Some numerical results are presented at the end.
