The existence of pullback attractors for non autonomous reaction diffusion equations subject to dynamical boundary conditions is proved. A weak formulation of the problem is provided and the existence and uniqueness of weak solutions is proved using a monotonicity method based on energy estimates. This method allows the generalization of some rather restrictive conditions on the data of the problem that were used in the existing literature. Then a continuous dependence result on the initial data of the problem is proved which is needed for establishing the asymptotic compactness results, required for the study of the asymptotic behaviour of the flow. Finally, the existence of pullback attractors in various settings is proved and the relation between them is commented upon. The equation studied finds interesting applications in hydrodynamics and heat transfer.
