Recall that an \(n\)-dimensional Riemannian manifold \((M, g)\) is called \textit{conformally flat} if its Weyl tensor \(W\) is zero: \(W=0\). If \(n=4\) and the self-dual or anti-self-dual part of \(W\) vanishes then \((M, g)\) is called \textit{half conformally flat}. The present paper contains a classification of Lie algebras of half conformally flat Lie groups as well as of half conformally flat Lie algebras. On this way, new examples are obtained of half conformally flat manifolds which are not conformally flat.
