The authors investigate the asymptotic behavior of the solution of a system of nonlinear integro-differential equations which arises in the mathematical modeling of penetration of an electromagnetic field into a medium whose electric conductivity greatly depends on the temperature. By considering homogeneous and inhomogeneous boundary conditions they prove exponential stabilization of the solution.
