The authors investigate simply-connected three-dimensional homogeneous manifolds \(E(\kappa,\tau)\), with a four-dimensional isometry group having a canonical \(\text{Spin}^c\) structure, which admits parallel or Killing spinors. They show that the restriction to any hypersurface of these parallel or Killing spinors yields a characterization of isometric immersion of surfaces into \(E(\kappa,\tau)\). As an application, they obtain an elementary proof of a Lawson type correspondence for constant curvature surfaces in \(E(\kappa,\tau)\). They also show that real hypersurfaces of the complex projective space and the complex hyperbolic space may also be characterized by \(\text{Spin}^c\) spinors. The content includes: Introduction; Preliminaries; Isometric immersions on \(E(\kappa,\tau)\) via spinors; Isometric immersions into a complex hyperbolic space via spinors; References (twenty-two items).
