Summary: The convergence of the multistep iterative process with errors is obtained for uniformly continuous \(\Phi\)-hemicontractive mappings in real Banach spaces. We also revisit the problems of \textit{C. E. Chidume} and \textit{C. O. Chidume} [J. Math. Anal. Appl. 303, No. 2, 545--554 (2005; Zbl 1070.47055)].
