Sufficient conditions for the existence and uniqueness of pseudo-almost periodic solution to 3rd-order neutral differential equations with piecewise constant argument \[ \big[x(t) + px(t-1)\big]''' = qx\Big(3\Big[\frac{t+1}3\Big]\Big) + f(t) \] and \[ \big[x(t) + px(t-1)\big]''' = qx\Big(3\Big[\frac{t+1}3\Big]\Big) + g\big(t,x(t),x([t])\big)\;, \] where \(p\neq 0\), \(q\neq 0\) are constants, \(f\), \(g\) are pseudo-almost periodic, are obtained.
