\textit{A. Neeman} [Topology 31, No. 3, 519--532 (1992; Zbl 0793.18008)] has shown that for a noetherian commutative ring \(R\) there is a bijection \[ \{\text{subset of Spec }R\}\rightarrow\{\text{localizing subcategories of } D(R)\}. \] The authors extend Neeman's classification to the setting of a graded modules over a graded commutative noetherian ring. Let \(G\) denote a grading group of a graded ring \(R\) and \(\epsilon:G\times G\rightarrow \mathbb{Z}/2\) be a symmetric \(\mathbb{Z}\)-bilinear map. The authors say that the graded ring \(R\) is \(\epsilon\)-commutative if \(r\cdot s=(-1)^{\epsilon(\deg\; r, \deg\; s)}s\cdot r\) holds for all homogeneous elements \(r\) and \(s\) in \(R\). Let \(\text{Spc } D(R)^c\) denote the spectrum of the tensor triangulated category of compact objects, in the sense of \textit{P. Balmer} [J. Reine Angew. Math. 588, 149--168 (2005; Zbl 1080.18007)]. The authors prove that for every \(\epsilon\)-commutative noetherian \(G\)-graded ring \(R\) there is a unique support preserving homeomorphism \(\text{Spec}^h R\rightarrow\text{Spc }D(R)^c\). In particular, there are inclusion preserving mutually inverse assignments \[ \{\text{specialization closed subsets of Spec}^h R\}\rightleftarrows\{\text{thick} \otimes\text{-ideals of } D(R)^c\} \] In the last section, authors provide an application to weighted projective schemes.
