The aim of this work is to study the existence of mild solutions for some neutral integro-differential equations in Banach spaces with unbounded delay. Here, the authors study the case of fractional derivatives and nonlocal conditions. The linear part is assumed to have a resolvent operator and the nonlinear parts are assumed to be Lipschitz continuous. Firstly, the authors establish a variation of constants formula for this kind of equations and then they use the strict contraction principal to prove the existence of mild solutions. The phase space is axiomatically defined. An application is provided for illustration.
