The problem of integral equivalence of two combinatorially equivalent generalized integer convex polyhedra is studied. The new concept of integral equivalence is defined in this paper. The classes of integral equivalent polyhedra are identified by means of an equivalence criterion within a specific set of generalized integer convex polyhedra, improving some results on Klein polyhedra. As consequence, a geometric formulation of the Lagrange theorem on continuous fractions arises in terms of periodicity properties of the operators coloring the graph of the entire Klein polyhedron corresponding to an irrational cone in three dimensions space.
