Let \(R\) be an associative ring with unity and \(M\) a unital left \(R\)-module. For submodules \(U\) and \(V\) of an \(R\)-module \(M\), \(V\) is a supplement of \(U\) in \(M\) if \(V\) is minimal with respect to the property \(M=U+V\). A module \(M\) is \textit{supplemented} (resp. \textit{\(\oplus\)-supplemented}) if every submodule of \(M\) has a supplement (resp. has a supplement which is a direct summand of \(M\)). A module \(M\) is \textit{radical supplemented} (resp. \textit{strongly radical supplemented}) if every radical of \(M\) has a supplement (resp. if every submodule of \(M\) containing the radical of \(M\) has a supplement). The authors generalize the above defined notions by introducing \(\oplus\)-radical supplemented modules and strongly \(\oplus\)-radical supplemented modules. Among other results, they prove that: 1) a semilocal ring \(R\) is left perfect if and only if every left \(R\)-module is a \(\oplus\)-radical supplemented module; 2) a commutative ring \(R\) is an Artinian principal ideal ring if and only every left \(R\)-module is a strongly \(\oplus\)-radical supplemented module. Lastly, a study of these modules over a local Dedekind domain is done.
