The author considers a subcritical catalytic branching random walk on the lattice \(\mathbb Z^{d}\) such that a particle produces a random offspring number \(\xi\) just before its death. For \(t\geq 0\), let \(\mu (t;y)\) denote the number of particles located at \(y\in \mathbb Z^{d}\). For \(x,y\in \mathbb Z^{d}\) and \(t\rightarrow \infty\), the asymptotic behavior of \(E_{x}\mu (t;y)\) is derived. Under the assumption \(E\xi^{1+\delta}<\infty\) for some \(\delta\in \; ]0,1]\), a similar problem is solved for \(P_{x}(\mu (t;y)>0)\).
