This article to refer rather to ground the application of the finite element method to approximate solves the stationary advection-diffusion problem \[ - \mathrm{div}(a^{0}(x)\nabla u^{0}(x)) + b^{0}(x)\nabla u^{0}(x)= f(x) \qquad \text{ in }\quad \Omega \subset \mathbb R^{d}, \] \[ u^{0}(x)= 0 \qquad \text{ on } \quad \partial \Omega , \] obtained by homogenization procedure of the real problem. It is proposed to apply the discontinuous Galerkin method for this problem on the macroscopic mesh and a simple finite element method on the microscopic mesh for each element of the initial mesh. The stability of this method is proved imposing a great number of conditions on the elements of the initial problem and in construction of the approximate scheme.
