    Summary: We consider a system of boundary value problems for fractional differential equation given by \[ \begin{gathered} D^\beta_{0^+}\phi_p(D^\alpha_{0^+} u)(t)= \lambda_1 a_1(t) f_1(u(t), v(t)),\quad t\in (0,1),\\ D^\beta_{0^+}\phi_p(D^\alpha_{0^+}v)(t)= \lambda_2 a_2(t) f_2(u(t), v(t)),\quad t\in (0,1),\end{gathered} \] where \(1<\alpha\), \(\beta\leq 2\), \(2<\alpha+\beta\leq 4\), \(\lambda_1\), \(\lambda_2\) are eigenvalues, subject either to the boundary conditions \(D^\alpha_{0^+} u(0)= D^\alpha_{0^+} u(1)= 0\), \(u(0)= 0\), \[ D^{\beta_1}_{0^+} u(1)- \sum^{m-2}_{i=1} a_{1i} D^{\beta_1}_{0^+}u(\xi_{1i})= \psi_1(u), \] \(D^\alpha_{0^+} v(0)= D^\alpha_{0^+}v(1)= 0\), \(v(0)= 0\), \[ D^{\beta_1}_{0^+} v(1)- \sum^{m-2}_{i=1} a_{2i} D^{\beta_1}_{0^+} v(\xi_{2i})= \psi_2(v), \] where \(0<\beta_1< 1\), \(\alpha-\beta_1\), \(\alpha-\beta_1- 1\geq 0\) and \(\psi_1,\psi_2: C([0,1])\to [0,\infty)\) are continuous functions. The Krasnoselskii's fixed point theorem is applied to prove the existence of at least one positive solution for both fractional boundary value problems. As an application, an example is given to demonstrate some of main results.
