This paper deals with the study of a polyharmonic equation with Neumann boundary conditions on the unit ball in the Euclidean space. The main results establish sufficient conditions for the existence of a solution. The proofs use in an essential manner the properties of some associated integro-differential operators, in combination with basic properties of the Green function and the Almansi formula.
