The authors construct free quasi 3-crossed module by using free simplicial algebra, as higher dimensional analogues of crossed modules of commutative algebras 2-crossed modules were defined by \textit{A. R. Grandjeán} and \textit{M. J. Vale} [Mem. R. Acad. Cienc. Exactas Fis. Nat. Madrid, Ser. Cienc. Exactas 22, 28 p. (1986; Zbl 0606.13010)] and crossed \(n\)-cubes of algebras were defined by \textit{G. J. Ellis} [J. Pure Appl. Algebra 52, No. 3, 277--282 (1988; Zbl 0658.17010)]. The freeness conditions of 2-crossed modules and complexes were given in [\textit{A. Mutlu}, Math. Comput. Appl. 5, No. 1, 13--22 (1999; Zbl 0974.18009)] and quasi 3- crossed modules of commutative algebras were described in [\textit{A. Mutlu} and \textit{B. Mutlu}, ``On semi 3-crossed module by using simplicial algebra'', Glob. J. Sci. Front Res. 12(11), 81--90 (2012)]. In this paper, free quasi 3-crossed complexes are defined.
