The paper concerns the study of Dijkgraaf-Witten (DW) theories on manifolds endowed with boundaries conditions described by special central functors, and topological surface defects. By using the linearization of relative bundles specific categories of generalized Wilson lines for DW are obtained. The paper is presented in a consistent and precise manner and can be faced as an extension of the author's previous work on the subject.
