A class of Cohen-Grossberg neural networks with time-varying delays and impulses is studied. Global exponential stability for such networks is proved in the Lagrange sense by means of Lyapunov functions. Sufficient conditions for global exponential stability are obtained by using a delay impulsive differential inequality derived by the authors. Two examples illustrating the obtained theoretical results are presented.
