The authors study an interesting generalization of the famous Hodge decomposition for variable \(L_{p(\cdot)}\) and \(W^r_{p(\cdot)}\) spaces on functions with values in Clifford algebras. The fundamentals on Clifford analysis and variable exponent spaces are presented in detail. With the help of a Witt basis, parabolic-type Dirac operators are introduced. Moreover, also the corresponding Cauchy-type operators and Teodorescu transforms are well studied in variable exponent spaces. The main result is a theorem on a Hodge-type decomposition, which factorizes the non-stationary Schrödinger operator.
