Let \(F\) be a partially ordered field. An algebra \(A\) over \(F\) is called a \textit{partially \(K\)-ordered algebra} if \(A\) is a partially ordered vector space over \(F\) and for any \(a\in A^+\), \(0\leq a+ab\) and \(0\leq a+ba\) for all \(b\in A\). If \(A\) is a vector lattice or linearly ordered vector space over \(F\), then \(A\) is called a \textit{lattice \(K\)-ordered algebra} or \textit{linearly \(K\)-ordered algebra}, respectively. The paper under review introduces partially \(K\)-ordered algebra, provides plenty of examples of such algebras, shows difference between partially ordered algebras and partially \(K\)-ordered algebras, proves some results on partially (lattice, linearly) \(K\)-ordered algebras. Especially the prime radical of lattice \(K\)-ordered algebras have been thoroughly studied. A large portion of the paper consists of well-known results on partially ordered algebras and lattice-ordered algebras. As observed by the authors, many algebras cannot be made into a partially \(K\)-ordered algebra, for instance, algebras with multiplicative identity element cannot be partially \(K\)-ordered algebras. A finite-dimensional associative algebra can be made into a linear \(K\)-ordered algebra if and only if it is nilpotent. We notice that if a lattice \(K\)-ordered algebra is also a lattice-ordered algebra, then it is an almost \(f\)-algebra.
