Summary: \textit{V. A. Lunts} [J. Algebra 356, No. 1, 230--256 (2012; Zbl 1253.14017)] has recently established Lefschetz fixed point theorems for Fourier-Mukai functors and dg algebras. In the same vein, \textit{D. Shklyarov} [Proc. Lond. Math. Soc. (3) 106, No. 1, 1--32 (2013; Zbl 1330.16007)] introduced the noncommutative analogue of the Hirzebruch-Riemman-Roch theorem. In this article, we see how these constructions and computations formally stem from their motivic counterparts.
