In the paper, following the correspondence between 2D, 3D gauge theory and XXZ spin chain, the authors considered \(A_2\) quiver gauge theory and \(\mathrm{sl}_3\) open XXZ spin chain. For each such theories, the adjoint chiral, fundamental and anti-fundamental multiplets are considered. Moreover, for each edge between two gauge nodes, the bifundamental matter multiplet is studied. The effective super potential and the vacuum equations of \(A_2\) quiver gauge theory are calculated with different product gauge groups (in particular, classical Lie group is considered). It is shown that the 2D correspondence between \(A_2\) quiver gauge theory and \(\mathrm{sl}_3\) open XXZ spin chain considered in [\textit{T. Kimura} and \textit{R.-D. Zhu}, J. High Energy Phys. 2021, No. 3, Paper No. 227, 34 p. (2021; \url{doi:10.1007/JHEP03(2021)227})] is a special circumstance of the results. The vacuum equations of general \(A_r\) quiver gauge theory are calculated with different type of product gauge groups. The correspondence between the vacuum equations of different gauge groups and Bethe Ansatz equations with different boundary parameters are given.
